Refunds for monthly parking fees will not be
provided unless requested in writing via the “Contact Us” portion of the
Focus Point Parking website. Refunds for prorated amounts will be based
on ˝ month usage with the cut-off date being the 15th. Notification of
parker termination must be communicated by close of business on the 15th
of the month in order for refunds to be issued for the remainder of the
month. Failure to do so will result in the full month being charged and
no refund issued.
